Remote working has many advantages, including a high degree of flexibility. However, a major drawback is the difficulty in maintaining high levels of employee retention. A lack of social networking reduces identification with the company.
What measures do you take to ensure good employee retention in your remote teams?
One measure could be our coffee break app that we are launching today on Product Hunt.
Our Coffee-Breaks bring colleagues together and strengthen team bonds. It's more than a matching-app, because after the match, employees jump directly from the workspace into the Coffee-Break environment and enjoy different types of content moderation.
You are welcome to try it for free :)

Our team comes together in person two to three times a year for team-building events. These gatherings are essential for strengthening our connections and fostering collaboration. Outside of these events, we rely on Microsoft Teams for our daily communication and coordination.
