    Remote working has many advantages, including a high degree of flexibility. However, a major drawback is the difficulty in maintaining high levels of employee retention. A lack of social networking reduces identification with the company. What measures do you take to ensure good employee retention in your remote teams?     Our team comes together in person two to three times a year for team-building events. These gatherings are essential for strengthening our connections and fostering collaboration.
