Gym, Spotify weekly discovery list, small cup of coffee and smth small sweet that goes with coffee, making a doable list of task for a day, accomplish at least one task from the list. Helps me every single Monday.
As crazy as it may sound, I have started to look forward to Mondays since the pandemic! I guess it put things in perspective. It has made me realize that the problems I used to consider significant, such as Monday blues and other daily concerns, were actually trivial in comparison to the challenges we've faced. Also, I absolutely missed being able to get out of the house and go to work. So crazy as it may sound, I look forward to Mondays now! :)
Woke up, gym, swim in the pool, shower, jug of fresh smoothie, breakfast, I start like that every day so for me it's always Monday :)
@vladimir_zivkovic Exactly the same except pool!

Here's my advice to you: implement the second brain approach. When you get used to setting weekly goals, your brain will be prepared and ready when it sees a clear plan in front of it.

I do Martuni Mondays in San Francisco! It always gives me something to look forward to. Best piano bar in the city, and Monday is the BEST night for it.

I've found having a 10-minute meditation session is effective to get in the right headspace.

I think that if you start doing something, no matter what the main thing is to start further, it will pass by itself, Monday is considered to be a hard day after rest. But the advice is to work on the weekends)

Focusing on one task at a time, and not delving deep into the pile, just to be getting lost!๐ซ
Bit of a lifehack, but I've been using As Project Manager to organize my workflow. Their dashboards are super intuitive and it's been a game changer in keeping the chaos of Monday morning in check.
I have a simple goal every day: make sure to be by my desk at 8am and have a 7-hour sleep the night before.
