After a long week of work, I like to unwind by engaging in activities that allow me to disconnect from my job and focus on self-care. Some of my favourite ways to relax include reading a good book, going for a walk in nature, practising yoga or meditation, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family. I also try to avoid checking work emails or engaging in work-related tasks during my relaxation time to ensure that I am fully able to relax and recharge. It's important to find activities that work for you and make time for them regularly.

@kulsoom_awan super relaxing! what type of milk do you use with your matcha?
I usually visit fullsepp.com/tr to read some blog and check what people share lately. People usually post really good photos of nature, animals etc. because they don't have the urge to get liked unlike instagram
long walks and binge-watching new tv shows :D any recommendations?
@jovana_keselj I've been binge watching Seinfeld, a classic!
I like to do the opposite of work and just have fun. From playing sports, working out, trying out a new restaurant in NYC, or hiking, anything that takes me out of the house (where I work remotely) and into the outdoors is relaxation to me. Don't get me wrong, I LOVEEE working from home but it becomes mundane and monotonous sitting in the same chair a few feet away from your bed that I need time to socialize and network and explore.
@sam_kuwano completely agree with you!
