Dark mode is my favorite because it reduces eye strain and saves battery life on my phone, which is a big plus for me.

I prefer dark mode because it's much easier on my eyes, especially when I'm using the app late at night or in low-light conditions.

Each have their own place, light mode is needed whenever the surrounding environment is a bit dark and you need that little boost of brightness you get your work going. However, in terms of comfort for the eyes, dark mode is still better because you're not getting blasted by white light constantly
