As a business analyst in tech, I’ve learned that motivation comes and goes, but habits keep me going. I set up my workspace the night before, so I can dive right in without overthinking. Time-blocking deep work hours also helps me stay focused, even when I’m not feeling it. Systems make everything easier!

One area where AI could really improve SaaS is personalization—adapting interfaces and workflows based on user habits to make everything feel smoother. For example, a project management tool that suggests the best task priorities based on your past working patterns or an email app that auto-sorts messages based on urgency and relevance.

Even when people know burnout is bad, they still push themselves to the limit. Old habits die hard. Seems like tracking your energy cycles (knowing when you’re at your peak vs. when you need rest) and prioritizing quality downtime—like exercise, time with loved ones (without screens) —could really help reduce burnout.
Why are we still glorifying burnout in 2025?

AI can generate code, but building a great product is more than just writing code. UX, business logic, and problem-solving still matter.

Fake testimonials with stock photos are such a red flag 🚩. It’s so easy to spot, and it just kills trust right away.
How (not) to gather first users when you are an unknown brand. May be helpful to new product makers

It's rare to find a UX designer who cares about business processes. Usually, it's the business analysts who deal with it on their own))))
