Hey PH! After going through a divorce and shutting down my first business, I felt overwhelmed and stuck. I tried lots of fixes but breathwork consistently calmed me down and gave me hope when I needed it most. Toronto-repping aside, I'm excited to give this a try. I have Calm and the Wim Hof Method app on my phone, but I'm looking to switch things up.

Highly recommend people give this a try. Similar to Calm and Headspace, it makes breathwork more accessible and imo a little more engaging with the music/narration.
