There is so much news that never gets reported, but police and crime data is public record in most cities and counties. Sentiment is meaningless and subjective, but if you tapped into the crime databases and scored a location based on the type of crime, frequency, and severity, this would be of interest.

Sounds like your program is acting as an agent. Which states are you able to use this in. What quality controls are in place, as each state has its own laws and rules? What about titles?
