Unfortunately, the platform doesn't work as expected.
1. Video uploads failed multiple times (videos stuck at 0% in the library), even when using Chrome, Edge, and a stable internet connection. This delayed my project significantly.
2. When the upload finally worked, I found that the editor ignored my hints and continued to use the default TikTok-style automatic template, even when I gave clear step-by-step instructions on the order and structure of the scenes.
3. There is no manual adjustment to adjust to the template.
4. There is no documentation or proper instructions on the platform for formatting the hints. The short demo video (1:25) is not enough for professional or semi-professional users.
5. My previous projects suddenly disappeared and I had to start over. This resulted in wasted time and frustration.
6. I purchased this tool expecting flexibility and manual control with AI hints. Unfortunately, Kozy behaves more like a fixed TikTok clip generator and does not meet the expectations set on your site.

Does it have any limitations on the length of edited videos? I once watched my friend spend hours editing her vlog, and I think she would need this tool that can help her complete the editing in just a few seconds.

Hey @evakk 👋🏽 Right now, the max length for a single clip is 10 minutes — but you can upload as many 10-minute clips as you want in a single chat. So technically, your friend can give Kozy multiple segments from her vlog and have it edit them all together.
