I like how tango makes it easy to create tutorials. I use it when sending tutorials to customers or internally. I only use the free version. Paying 20usd per user per moth is a steal

We like using Chatwoot, really fair price with good technology. Great Zendesk and Intercom alternative for startups.

I hate Zendesk, feels super outdates and have the worst pricing.
