How did Vidyard get its first 20 customers and who were they?
Did you have a plan on launching a PLG/self-serve option since day 1, or was your plan on going to market more focusing on enterprise or bigger businesses?

Loom - Personal demos
Segment + Customer.io - Analytics and marketing
OpenAI - ChatGPT
Surfe - LinkedIn to Hubspot sync
We're also trying out Clay for prospecting which I personally found very cool
