In my opinion people that don't utilise thier linkedin outreach allowances in 2023 are missing a serious opportunity. Zaplify has been helping me make this process very easy getting in touch with new customers and bringing me new pre qualified leads in automatically. @per_clingweld , can you tell us a bit more about the inspiration on building this and any tips on what is coming up in the pipeline soon?

@jasondainter thanks for hunting us and believing in our product! 🙏 The inspiration stems from one of the founders' first hand experience as a Growth Consultant and how cumbersome (and expernsive) it was to get an array of scattered tools to work well together. What if there was an all-in-one solution with such a smooth UX, that even non-techies would love using it? Fast forward 3 years, and we've not just built a smooth UX, seamlessly automating workflows across both Linkedin and email, but also figured out how to build and maintain a dataset of 600M+ decision makers (with contact details) in a compliant way. In terms of pipeline, we've just launched our AI-assistant that finds ideal prospects and drafts messages for you in minutes. We're currently working on the next generation of our CRM-integration, that will enable you to move fast with confidence.

@per_clingweld The AI aspect sounds really interesting. Will it draft the whole message and automatically send it? And how about the tone/style of the text do you have any plans to let people adjust the tone/style of the messages over time in campaigns?

@jasondainter It will draft the messages for you, and send them automatically, but not until you've had a chance to edit and approve. Just recorded a brief 45s video outlining it for you. Hope is helps! It's already now possible to edit the tone/style of the text when you ask AI to help you generate it, but perhaps you meant to also be able to adjust it afterwards, experimenting a bit with how it turns out?

@kevos my pleasure, super impressive what you have built and I think your products has one of the most intuitive / easy to use interfaces also. Really interested to see where the AI aspect goes as things are going very fast in this space. How important do you see this a part of the products future?

Regarding the AI aspect, you've touched on a crucial element of our vision. We believe AI is not just a supplementary feature but a core driver for the future of sales software. As the sales landscape evolves, the ability for software to predict trends, automate tasks, and provide actionable insights becomes indispensable. In the case of Zaplify, we're investing heavily in AI. Our goal is to help sales reps get the best qualified leads, highly similar to their current most successful customers, while at the same time suggest continuously better follow-ups, and in the end get more meetings with the right customers. We see AI as a tool that empowers our users, augments their capabilities, and ultimately makes the sales process more efficient and effective. @kevos Congrats on the launch :) I just wanted to ask, how far does the product allow me to go when it comes to personalization?

@kevos @soner_ Hello Soner, great question! We have some different "personal tags" that you can personalize with: First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Job Titel and Industry. However to take your personalization even further we recommend that you create different campaigns and communication for your different segments based on industry or decisionmake. For example your selling point is not the same if you are reaching out to a CTO or a Sales Manager right? Also dare to make assumptions about that segment. What different decision makers are you at ContentGo targeting?

@kevos @alexandra_skagerholm Thanks for the reply Alexandra! We have many ICP's that we are targeting and using visual is crucial for us and we've seen higher reply rates when using them (graphs, snapshots, etc) Can I also attach files to my templates?

Congrats on your launch. Though not my area of expertise, I feel like coming across similar products (not saying it in a negative way). As specialists, I assume you tried existing solutions before setting out to build Zaplify. Would be curious to understand the uniqueness of Zaplify and your motivations to create a new product in that market.

@julienergan Thank you for the kind words and your thoughtful comment! You're absolutely right; the sales software space is indeed bustling with several tools. Before we embarked on the journey with Zaplify, we deeply immersed ourselves in the existing solutions. What we found was while many of them addressed general challenges, there were nuanced gaps and specific pain points of sales teams that were still unmet. Zaplify was born out of our own experiences and the feedback we gathered from various sales professionals. Our primary motivation was to address the context switching between various prospecting platforms, spreadsheets, enrichment tools, and CRM system. Especially in small-medium sized sales teams, data, duplicates and reaching out to the same individuals were common problems. Furthermore, we've incorporated AI-driven prospecting, outreach and monitoring in one platform, that truly sets Zaplify apart. We're always eager to learn and iterate, so any feedback or insights you might have, even if it's not your primary domain, would be invaluable to us! Thank you for sparking this conversation!

@kevos I recognize this… i moved away from Skylead to Lemlit because of its option, via zapier, to push data to hubspot. Then, messing around with lead generators or data sites such as crunchbase can be tricky. So your database is a great usp to me. As well is the price and easy setup.
