Discipline! Motivation will go up and down depending on your mood, factors outside of your control, change in chemical levels in your brain and so on. Discipline is what brings consistency in the flow regardless of whether you're motivated or not. I don't know anyone who is motivated to go to work out when they are tired for instance.

I like the colours Parilti. Reminds me of Getir :) The video is great but maybe it's just personal, I favour videos where teams (either founder or not) explains the product so you get a feeling of the team. But again that might be just me :) When are you planning to launch? I'd be happy to support you and your team.
