What separates exceptional Tech talent from the rest?
Beyond coding and technical chops, I'm curious about the skills that make certain engineers, product managers, and tech leads truly stand out.
Is it their:
- Communication style?
- Problem-solving approach?
- Business acumen?
- Something else?
Share your experiences - whether you're a hiring manager, tech lead, or someone crushing it in their tech role. What skills have you found most...

Indian Online Shopping Plaftorm Meesho's "Reset and Recharge" Break
In a recent news, Indian online shopping platform announces “Reset and Recharge” break! No laptops, no Slack messages, and definitely no emails to unplug their employees completely from work for 9 days.
This initiative comes after a successful Mega Blockbuster Sale, showing that productivity can go hand in hand with self-care.
How do you think such breaks impact team morale and productivity...

Is Minimalism in UI Design Killing Creativity?
Minimalism has been a big trend in UI design for years now, all about keeping things simple, clear, and easy to use.
Clean and uncluttered interfaces definitely help users focus on what matters, and brands like Apple and Google have mastered this by showing us that less can truly be more. But sometimes, the “less is more” can box designers into restrictive templates where creativity and...

Is AI Really Ready to Replace HR?
In a recent news, a manager’s experiment to test his company’s recruitment system backfired, resulting in the termination of the HR team after his own CV was auto-rejected. But was it fair?
The problem? A configuration error in the ATS looking for outdated skills (AngularJS) instead of the modern framework (Angular). This error went unnoticed for months, with HR relying solely on the system...

Hey! Congratulations on the Lauch!
This is really interesting. Love the idea to reduce food waste.
Quick Question: We have apps like SuperCook which also suggests recipes based on ingredients we have. Is it just the AI add-on to your app? What other features are creating the niche?
Thanks ☺️

How do you see AI reshaping the future of work with new tools emerging daily?
We have developed almost everything with AI in just a few years - from cleaning robots to complex GPTs. This rapid progress, is it exciting or a bit scary?

It is usually in excel or notion. It actually can be tedious sometimes to maintain in excel.
Do you know any good platforms?

Of course! I have been on this side of the table where I have struggled to showcase my skills during the performance review only because my manager showed my work as his and then got a big promotion. So, when my turn came, the people thought I was a small part of the project that was "Worked" by my manager and my explanations went unheard.
How many people you know who struggle at communicating during performance reviews
