I was being so ignorant investing my bitcoin with a fake company using Zebpay, I realized i’ve been dealing with fake company. Maciofonespyrix@gmailcom is top notch got all my lost bitcoin back within 72hrs
The UX of this app is very bad. The method to manually refresh the wallet balance is so unituitive, I literally had to raise a support ticket asking the status of my transaction.
The data shown on the wallet screen and the trading screen is not in sync. Moreover the transaction status on the trade screen is also not real time. You have to close the app and restart again to see the current status.
I have deposited Rs 10000 to Zebpay but its not reflected in my account and also they have not refunded my amount. Its been already 15 days now but still I have not get porper response from Zebpay. I have sent all the proof that money has beent transferred from my bank to Zebpay bank account. But they keep on saying they could not find my payment. Not sure whether they will refund my amount or not.
