Binance Frozen my account and will not let me get my funds back. I’ve sent everything they have requested, bank statements, completion certificates, trading accounts from different exchanges, passports, driving licenses, etc. Every time you go on the chat you get told something different. They are uncontactable only through chat, they are stealing people’s money with the excuse of safeguarding. I’m just grateful that I was able to get my coins out. I had a bad experience with this app. Network issues are the most annoying things to happen. I had to restart the app dozens of times before it worked fine. I've already lost an hour.

Coinbase is an OG of the crypto space and personally I have never had a problem with security so I can't rate them below 3 or 4 stars. However their customer support is lousy, they charge pretty high fees, and lastly don't offer a wide variety of products. Thankfully, they have been developing their coinbase wallet as well as other tools that will keep them competitive.

DO NOT use Coinbase! My account was closed without reason, warning, or any kind of explanation... It would have been nice if I was informed to transfer my coins to another account, they would be gone forever if not for the intervention of Chain Vault Technologies who assisted me in extracting what would have been a damaging loss for me, I'm disappointed with the poor customer service that was offered after sending several emails. I also had quite a few Danish kroner in the account, which I've lost for good as there were no options so they are gone forever I'm just glad I didn't lose it all... Do yourself a favor and stay away, this is pure theft...

Massive scam. They will steal your money. The Fees are ridiculous and they just don't pay out the rewards advertised. They advertise that some crypto you can get over 5% a year in rewards but they just flat out don't pay. customer service is basically non existent. It took customer service two hours to tell me they couldn't help with the problem. Most of the time was spent "checking the issue". After leaving this message they suggest trying to contact customer service. Please save your time and money by choosing another service.

after all, it is a centralized exchange, no matter how reliable it is said to be, in fact all transactions are under human control and open to manipulation. the recent automated closure of leveraged transactions in unlikely places is the clearest indicator of this, no friends, they don't want us not to win
