A coach is a game-changing tool for sales reps. It's really like having a personal coach by your side. I like its simplicity and instant feedback that SDR can use to improve its pitch to customers.
It's quite fascinating how much time and cost this is saving. There are companies willing to spend 50k+ in salary only to hire someone listening to calls. That's clearly the end for it now.
