I am updating my review. I originally was charged by an automatic withdraw by their systems and I was unable to get a hold of them to resolve this matter for some time. There was a hurricane or some natural disaster happening with their main facilities, so I'm sure that accounted for the lack of response. But after finally being able to talk to the CFO, they have refunded my account and even offered a FREE month trial. I won't be taking the trial BUT I'm glad they are helping to make sure my money is returned and stays that way. I know this event will make them better and I might try them down the road after some time has passed.
Wing found me a wonderful personal assistant! Smooth onboarding process and their webapp is great for communicating with and training your assistant.
Wing is great at finding just the right assistant for the things you need done. Affordable, top-notch talent, great onboarding experience—it's overall a great choice.
