
I was using Google Fi and although good service was getting pretty expensive, especially for data. I was recommended Visible Wireless and liked the value proposition. I even got 2 other family members to sign up. Onboarding was difficult, but seems to be common with cell providers. The real problems began once we started using. Problems included: intermittent cell signal, many dead spots. Lost calls, wifi calling constantly dropping, data connection problems requiring restarting phone. In the end it just wasn't worth the cost savings versus terrible service so I changed. Then for icing on the cake, I was a day late in switching service and they dinged me for whole month! I switched to AT&T prepaid. Setup was again pretty painful, but at least now I have a good working service with none of the issues of Visible and is actually cheaper on their prepaid plan.
Garbage. Horrible customer service. Constant lies. They say your issue will be resolved in 4 hours over and over and over only to never hear from them I had to contact them 15 times no exaggeration within 3 days and they kept telling me a manager will call you back within 4 hours and no one EVER calls. I never once got to use my phone because of an “esim” issue and they refused to cancel my account and refund my money. I will tell everyone never to touch that company. I won’t be surprised when they fail soon.
The worst service ever! Within in 10 minutes of switching I had problems. I am 6 1/2 hours in on hold time trying to get my number ported back to Verizon. Whatever you do, DO NOT switch to Visible, you would be better switching to two tin cans and a string!
I wanted to transfer my number and they gave me new number then they told me your number will transferred in 2 days and then they started charging every month after 2 months i just realized they didn't transfer my number, my ex company charged 2 months and also visible too. I talked with customer service agent and supervisor they told me i have to pay even though I cancel, "they emailed me " which is %100 bllsht because i have all e-mails from them only one email is missing. Of course they didn't let me know anything. So long story short I canceled but I checked after my cancellation they still had a coming payment guess what cancellation didn't go true even though i had an email about my cancellation, so we canceled one more time. Omg nightmare please save yourself and don't choose them. Only visible thing is here horrible service.
This is by far the most horrible experience I had when it comes to getting a new phone line and new device. I have been struggling to get the resolution done from past 1 week and it's going NOWHERE. Almost 10 times chatting with support reps for hours and going back and fourth between Visible and Affirm I am still in limbo. Visible customer service said they have escalated the issue and someone would call me. 4 days and NADA. I am just so frustrated that I wanted to reach out to ANYONE from Visible to help me out from management but AGAIN, NO human is available on the other side. I will NEVER recommend This to anyone. Just incase if any of the visible members are reading, my case numbers are below although I know it won't matter. Support case number 03752485 New case number visible 03765929 A piece of advice to Visible is UNLESS you have fully matured support model, YOU NEED TO HAVE HUMAN TO SUPPORT. How can you expect a customer to chat for hours for god's sake.
This company needs help. I tried to cancel an order after 10 mins of opening it but "customer service" said they couldn't cancel it. They told me 3 different stories until finally they said that I needed to sign for the package, so refuse the package. Fed Ex said they tried to deliver the package 4 times even though they never took the sticky note off my door that said I refuse the package. Finally, it was sent back to Visible and I tracked the package. 3 days after they got the phone, I checked to see when they would refund my card. I was told that it takes up to 14 business days for them to scan the phone back into their system and then another 7 business days to refund me the money. 21 days to get a refund for a phone I never had in my hands. I'm beyond frustrated with the lack of customer service! I will NEVER use this company.
