I was using Google Fi and although good service was getting pretty expensive, especially for data. I was recommended Visible Wireless and liked the value proposition. I even got 2 other family members to sign up. Onboarding was difficult, but seems to be common with cell providers.
The real problems began once we started using. Problems included: intermittent cell signal, many dead spots. Lost calls, wifi calling constantly dropping, data connection problems requiring restarting phone. In the end it just wasn't worth the cost savings versus terrible service so I changed. Then for icing on the cake, I was a day late in switching service and they dinged me for whole month!
I switched to AT&T prepaid. Setup was again pretty painful, but at least now I have a good working service with none of the issues of Visible and is actually cheaper on their prepaid plan.
