The most horrible service I have ever had ... I have been waiting for them to process my withdrawal since Friday and their agents Talia and Ron just toy around with people feelings.. I don't understand why I should fight for my own money and what I do with it.. they have been asking me the same questions and even required me to do a video explaining myself and when they asked if they should proceed with withdrawal, they went awol and came back with a Request for me to call them on Google meet it has been over 48 these people holding my funds.. I have also sent them over 30 emails and still my withdrawal hasn't been approved..the worst part is that I deposited the money it's not even theirs... their service is horrible...

I wouldn't recommend anyone to trade on this platform too many irregularities no payments of profits as as promised. Stay away Scammers.

I wouldn't recommend valr for trading. The exchange has so much work to do. There is no way to place stop losses. The volume is close to non existent, which makes it difficult to enter and exit trades. Trading indicators are wiped out for no reason. The charts stop working without a clear indication as to why. Id recommend it only for buying. but do not trade on this platform. There are much better platforms for trading. The only positive i can think of is that you get rewarded for being a maker.
