Perhaps the most significant letdown has been UChat's technical support. Small issues that should be resolved in a matter of hours or days often stretch into weeks or even a month without resolution. This extended timeframe is both inefficient and exasperating for users who depend on UChat for their operations.
Furthermore, it has come to my attention that many of the earlier positive reviews were incentivized by UChat, offering free features in exchange for favorable feedback. This practice is not only deceptive but also undermines the credibility of UChat's reviews.
In summary, UChat's rush to release unfinished features, unreliable integrations, poor technical support, and deceptive review practices have made it an increasingly frustrating and disappointing platform to work with. I sincerely hope that UChat takes user feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
