Simple, modern and elegant GNU/Linux based OS with a lot of support. I prefer Kubuntu flavor, as it's more customizable from the box, but your preference may be different. Wayland support on GNOME (Ubuntu default WM) is better.
Far from telemetry but not from ease of use
Not real foss... Too bad...
