Easy to use and setup at first, but don't expect any customer support!
Had a phone number from Twilio to handle some incoming SMS messages, until we realized that it's stopped receiving from many sources...
There's no direct option to create a support ticket, so you have to spend several minutes chit-chatting with the useless AI chatbot until it let's you to do so.
And all the support cares about is to mark your ticket as "Solved" instead of actually solving your problem.
