@ricardo_luz As a programmer, I'm deeply focused on coding and prefer not to be disturbed. However, there may be occasional interruptions, such as when my daughter asks me to fix her toy. In such situations, I quickly make a note in my Todocap. This way, I can assure her that I'll attend to it later. It's possible that my daughter might forget about the toy herself, and I might also overlook it. But when I periodically check my Todocap, I'll come across the reminder of that poor toy waiting for my repair.
@ricardo_luz Several years ago, I used a product (which no longer exists, but I loved it) that allowed me to quickly capture my inspirations. It had the ability to record either through voice or text, anytime and anywhere. For instance, if I encountered something on the street and got an idea for a new requirement, I could immediately jot it down. Perhaps, there were times when I forgot about the initial idea, but it was always stored in my capsule.
