I really enjoyed it until I paid for a pro plan and the entire transcript cannot be exported or downloaded despite the feature list said it has "unlimited transcript download." I immediately reach out to customer service asking for help and ask for a refund if this feature is not possible. Customer service said no refund even when product promise cannot be delivered :( I also find that its transcription accuracy is not as reliable as other similar apps.
I did enjoy tl;dv a lot when I used it, until I can't download my 1 hr long meeting transcript. It won't even allow me to select all then copy and paste the entire transcript into a word file. It only allows you to copy one paragraph.
