Restaurants use Tablevibe QR codes to request feedback and emails from any customer. In return, customers get a discount on their next direct order. This helps restaurants grow customer satisfaction, boost direct sales and save 20-40% in delivery app fees.
Hello everyone!
@jeroen_rutten, Guido Caldara and I are on a mission to drive sustainable growth for restaurants.
Restaurants and Cloud Kitchens increasingly rely on delivery and booking apps which demand a revenue share of up to 40%. It’s uber expensive (pun intended). Most of these apps don’t share much customer data. This results in two fundamental problems. First, restaurants often don’t know who their customers are and what they experience. Second, profits are decimated.
We’re fixing this. Tablevibe uses QR code-based surveys to capture names, emails and opinions from any delivery or dine-in customer. In return, people get a little discount on their next direct order. This drives up to 25% response rates and gives customers an incentive to reorder directly, saving restaurants up to 40% in commission fees.
Tablevibe also asks happy customers to share their 5-star rating on Google or follow the restaurant on social media. That’s how we help our partners grow their digital reputation.
To date, we captured over 120K customer insights and drove thousands of Google reviews + direct orders. Feel free to scan the QR code to view our demo survey or try us out for free on Tablevibe.co.
What do you think? We’re looking forward to connecting with you and learning about your ideas and feedback!
