
I have been using Streak since 2018, and I am absolutely satisfied with it. The CRM has all the necessary features, and the best part is that I don't have to leave my Gmail account to use it. As a manager, Streak has been invaluable for me to track leads and prevent anything from slipping through the cracks. The new AI launch has been a game-changer, especially the autofill feature. My team doesn't have to worry about filling out all the boxes manually anymore, making everything so much easier. I just wanted to thank you guys for providing us with such an amazing tool that keeps getting better with every update. Keep up the great work!
I love how easy it is for me to track any process from start to end using Streak. The fact that it is directly in Gmail makes me 10x more productive when I am managing the customers I work with because I can do it all in one place. Streak is an invaluable addition to my workflow. Organizing customers and their information is seamless and fluid with Gmail. The AI features are incredibly time saving for indexing and finding customers information.
It's a fantastic system, but I wish the lower-cost versions had more features. I'm currently using it to manage my design projects from start to finish, and it has been incredibly valuable to me. However, I won't be able to continue with the paid version and will have to switch back to the free version. It would be ideal if there was an "à la carte" option where I could select and pay for only the features I need to use, without having to pay for the entire system with features I won't use. Either way, it's an excellent and user-friendly system with great versatility.
Does not scale well. Price gouging for existing customers. No sense of loyalty/grandfathering (then looking at gating new features and upgrades). Only reason we still use it is because cost of change to other platforms is too high. Would not recommend this tool to anyone wanting to scale; more suited to small, or single-person teams who want a Gmail add-on.
