As a CEO, I'm often approached with different questions during the day, and this used to distract me a lot from some important tasks. What I do now, is just simply prepare the automated tutorials with StepShot and easily share them with my employees.
Pros:A real time saver! Especially like their video export and multilingual auto-narration.
Cons:I’d love to have more integrations with other platforms.
Perfect for onboarding and preparing video tutorials. We used to spend a lot of time on onboarding new people, explaining to them how to publish the blog posts, use the CRM, etc, and now it is at least 5 times faster! You just download the materials to your cloud workspace and share it whenever you hire someone. Really recommend this tool!
StepShot Guides is a super handy tool. I'm a Communications Manager here, and I'm using it every day for my tasks - they start from creating quick step-by-step guides for users in the website chat to detailed videos & help articles for our knowledgebase. Can't be happier to see the growth of this product and feedbacks of the people who love using it:)
Love the idea! Just gave it a go, but unfortunately it seems a bit buggy at this point. Doesn't detect any activity in various apps (such as inside Google Chrome, for example). Also, various menu items are cut off (e.g. http://d.pr/i/ELcPh ). Don't let that stop you, though! Every new app will have some bugs. Love the idea. If this works smoothly along with flexible export options, I'd definitely use it.
I'm still trying it out, but so far seems the best option for my needs.
+ i like how responsive their support is.
