We used Slackmin at Moxie for all of our admin functions. It effectively enabled our team of 80 employees to all have easy and seamless access to core admin functions through Slack. This allowed us to save money on not having to use multiple tools while also benefiting from the universality of Slack as well as Slack's search features. We used Slackmin for such actions as: - Getting alerts whenever new customers made purchases - Getting alerts whenever customers upgraded or downgraded their plans - Real time sales analytics - Looking up customer order history - Refunding or crediting customers directly from Slack - Running reports - And much much more
