Does not recommend this app. I paid for the annual Franz subscription a year ago. This year, they deducted money again for the annual subscription without any warning. I've tried contacting customer support multiple times, but haven't received any response. I've written several times requesting a refund, but they haven't processed it, likely because they are not responding. It seems like the application has been inactive for a while, and they are simply deducting money. It appears to be fraudulent.
I've been using Franz for years and its competitors don't compare. Doesn't take up as much RAM during use and regular updates keep it as bug-free as possible.

Never check all applications for whether inboxed or not. These apps like Station and Stack that curate applications and localize that desktop app increase recently. The app does not give notifications from the applications involved.
I like the idea of having one desktop app for all my messaging needs. This one is pretty good because it includes two big ones for me: FB Messanger and Whatsapp. It'd be perfect if it had IMessage too.
This is just the best app for your desktop, you can check all you social networks and email apps at once in a very functional way. Meaning, you can check but also use each app (post, reply, emails etc.) I just love this.
The amount of Franz's permanent CPU usage is a no-go for me. I stay with single IM desktop services.
nice idea but RAM usage is far too high for a chat app. I know 8 GB is minimum nowadays but even then over 1 GB is too much.
This is supposed to be a chat relay. Why do I have to have a Franz account in order to use this application? I have enough accounts already. I'd love to try your tool out, but not if it requires me creating another online profile.
