People with any menthal health concerns are often embarrassed to seek psychological aid, although mental trauma and problems are as common as illnesses or physical injuries. Popularizing psychological aid, counselling, menthal health therapy and creating resources where you can seek it anonymously and where you can get it for free from experienced and young specialists is a very big deal. Good luck!
