I signed up for sable as i was looking for a new mobile bank to work with. Why not give it a shot. I finally ended up putting some money on my account and out of no where they blocked my account. I have been trying to contact them non stop for a month now and they still cant tell me what is going on. Ive been more than patient with them , at this point Im in disbelief I had no idea a bank could just freeze your money for no reason. Im starting to think its a scam. I would not reccommend anyone use this bank. The customer service always goes to voicemail mon-sun 7am- 10 pm voicemail. They dont respond to emails. I got played big time.
I shared very confidential information such as passport, bank statement, a long US entry visa history, and my application has been rejected without any given reason despite my emails. Run away.
I absolutely love Sable. I am so sad to hear of it's closing. The secured credit card is so easy to use. My purchases post immediately, and paying them are as easy as two clicks in the app.
Customer service has always been responsive and helpful with me. I don't have any understanding of other people's complaints. I don't know why other people's accounts have been unexpectedly closed. I have always felt so safe banking with Sable. I don't know how I can find a replacement. Sable was unique.
As a foreign founder moving to the US I know how hard it is to get banking setup here, so I definitely believe there's a market. Awesome product! Great for internationals establishing credit in the US. Easy to register and start using immediately. Highly recommend the Sable card!
Excited to see this go live! Wish this was around when I was an international student and living on cash for 3 weeks while waiting for my bank account to open and money to be transferred.
They rejected my application and refuse to tell me why. The application literally only asks for your name, passport and phone, so I cannot understand what could possibly be wrong. Terrible experience.
