Selling your stuff sucks. You need to find the right marketplace, then list it, negotiate with buyers, and handle pick up or packaging.
At Rid we make selling easier than buying. You just text us a few photos and answer a couple questions then we will handle the rest.
A lot of us have stuff to sell but are too busy (or lazy) to actually sell it. We hope that Rid makes it so simple to sell stuff that we no longer have an excuse to not sell our stuff.

@chrismessina Hi Chris! Great question. We are still figuring out exactly the commission rates. For now we're thinking that if it's with delivery (we pick it up in addition to finding a buyer) it will be around 30%. If we don't do delivery than maybe around 10%. That being said, it will also likely depend on the price of an item -- crazy to take 30% on higher ticket items. If you message #PH2025 we'll only take our costs :).
@vminvsky55 Already impressed by the 5.0 rating from early users and following closely! For those of us who procrastinate when it comes to selling used stuff, Rid could be a total game-changer. Bay Area only for now, but can’t wait for expanded availability—this makes decluttering way less daunting.
