
Totally negative just because of their INSANE refund policy. I placed an order for the delivery from US to Argentina. Once I was paying it, the system showed that if I use Aegentinian bank card, I'll only be able to refund my payment to their Wallet. However I have a Thai bank card and I used it to pay. At the moment of payment system explicitly showed that a refund to my initial payment method is possible Guess what? When the order was cancelled by a traveller, the refunded my money to their idiotic internal wallet. Once I contacted their non-client-oriented support line, they told me, their refund policy is based on...IP (!) IP?? Really?
People can accept and cancel requests whenever/however they want and grabr doesn't do anything about it.
Grabr will not help you report users that pretend to bring your item and just cancel it when the delivery date arrives.
