Very cool @archiolidius Love the mix & match of AI with a handoff feature :raised_hands: I think it’s important to let real people handle certain cases. Can the bot identify on its own in what situations to call for a human CS representative?
Looks like a really great tool for handling the onslaught of pretty typical/basic questions answering which would be like a 3 mins long "voyage" into help center. But well, people aren't doing that, and ribbo can easa a life for such users.
