Last January I contemplated what I'll pursue next. I was always have a desire to delight people โ we can't please all people though, I know I know.. And then I always found people complaining about Intercom, here and there. Coincidentally, I also found it's easy to be trapped in the support hell as people demand quick reply on their support request.

Sorry but I don't buy that. That's not a viable business model for a solo-founder like me.
What we want to offer is based on our ground beliefs. We want to make a great support experience for our customers, to delight the customers of our customers ๐
It's better for me to increase the value of the product that I'm making, instead of lowering the price with some consequences of quality or anything in between.
