I'm a senior executive in Egypt, and I've taken the time to really study how customers interact with companies here. What I've noticed is that WhatsApp is starting to morph into a formal communication tool, not just an informal one. People and sometimes even companies send contracts, documents, updates, and confidential screenshots on WhatsApp. A lot of "business communication" is now in the form of voice notes or quick messages. We can endlessly discuss whether this is a secure practice, but at the end of the day that's the reality we're living in. That's what customers want.
So to see a platform that systemizes all of this so that a company can safely and formally use WhatsApp is inspiring. It's the right product at the right time. And it'll raise the bar of customer satisfaction to new levels that are presently unheard of.
