Congrats on the launch! It's great to see a product like Productlane. While customer support primarily focuses on external users, it’s equally important for internal processes too. Has your team considered how Productlane could streamline the transition when a customer issue turns out to be a legitimate feature request or bug? Specifically, will there be future integrations with project management platforms like Jira or Trello to quickly create tasks for such cases?

Been using Productlane at Francis for the past year. First, Productlane has enabled our team to work with customer feedback in ways that we would previously not dare to dream about! The speed at which we can review feedback when developing new features and use it to guide our own product roadmap is incredibly satisfying.
