It goes without saying that the Future of Product Management Report for 2022 is a must read for Product Managers and people in product adjacent roles but I'd recommend that anyone in a HR/PeopleOps/Recruiting role check this out as well. The insights it provides about the diversity of product people's backgrounds, what motivates product managers and what it takes to hire and retain them are going to be invaluable in this highly competitive market.

At first blush, the key takeaways from this report jump off the page ... and the design is super slick. This report is a must-read for Product Leaders and Learning and Development leaders at any enterprise that's invested in Product Management. Plus, the working group is chock-full of PM leaders. Get it.
