Hey everyone, I'm John. Founder and developer of PostureFix. I spent months searching online, trying to find a way to get rid of my neck and back pain. Eventually, I realized a lot of the issues I was having were related to posture and muscle imbalances. It took a lot of pointless, and expensive (even with insurance), doctor visits for them to tell me nothing was wrong and I should just stretch more. So that's what I did, for months... and I wasn't getting very good results. After a while, I noticed a common theme across all the research I was doing. Stretching often brings temporary relief, but strengthening is what can make a long-lasting impact. We all want that one exercise that works like magic, but the truth is, sticking to a consistent program is what matters. One problem I faced was the scattered information out there. Blogs, Reddit, YouTube - you name it. Everyone recommends different exercises, protocols, routines, etc. I'm sure many of us have gone through similar situations where the answers you're looking for are buried in a sea of information. That's why I created PostureFix. My goal is simple: to help people who are going through the same struggle I experienced for a long time by providing some of the best posture exercises you can do.
