Posture Pal helps you improve your neck and shoulder posture by using the motion sensors in Apple's AirPods. Start a Posture Session and Posture Pal will keep track of your neck tilt and will alert you when a bad posture is detected, even in the background.
Really useful app, does a mostly excellent job of reminding me to sit/stand straight. Posture pal can be a bit finicky at times, if I were to make one suggest it would be to make the calibration a little easier. I’m not entirely sure how calibration works tbh.
