very poor support I was a trial user even after cancelling the subscription during the trial period they charged my card and after 2 weeks of follow up I am finally raising a chargeback with my bank, stay away from these scammners

Pop AI traps users in a predatory subscription model making cancellation nearly impossible. Their support is unresponsive their interface is deceptive and they hide behind automated responses. This is not bad service it is deliberate fraud designed to exploit customers. Avoid Pop AI at all costs.

Horrible scam website. They don't even have a cancellation button for subscription renewal. The only way is to "delete" account but in order to do that you have to email them. this is a scam website. don't purchase this garbage.
