
For the money, I'd say PipeDrive is the best CRM. It's fairly easy to use and has a ton of flexibility to customize it to your company. Plus with Zapier integration you can do a million other things.
The UX is reasonably easy to understand and they provide a lot of customer support even for trial customers.
Having a positive experience with the pipeline view, it's suitable for activity-based selling, especially with a medium high volume of leads. Users find the insights function valuable when they can create their own dashboards. However, collaboration is not so good due to complex visibility, and it doesn't work as smoothly as desired.
Long-time Pipedrive user. It's simplicity and accessibility ensure that sales teams actually use it, which, is the single most important thing for a CRM!
