My experience so far was terrible. Their payment system is broken - paid with PayPal but never got credits, neither through a yearly or monthly subscription. Customer support is void - nobody responds on Discord nor through the help form. It's a dud and I will be asking my money back. Too bad though. Great idea.
best writing tool I've used. doesn't make you not do the work, but just make things more smooth
