I recently tried out the platform and am impressed. In just a few minutes my team onboarded two clients. To further enhance the tool, I’d love to see additional AI-driven capabilities such as predictive analytics and third-party integrations
Went to 'Manage Subscription' and cancelled it in good time. The day the free trial ended the subscription was paid out of my account and the Admin setting I had changed was back to normal subscription payments allowed! What is happening here? Requesting refund via Support. UPDATE: I contacted Support (only via available email address) which got back within 24hrs. I got a refund in around 3 days after.
You can not cancel the free trial in the app, I tried to reach the support but nobody is answering
