What do you think? …

This was a passion project for me. I wanted a journal app that would give me an overview of my life journey that would allow me to find patterns and become a better human being. I’m hoping this resonates with other people out there!

@oldhack66 Love this! I tend to take a lot of content from trips and experiences but don't really feel like I have the right outlet to post. I also keep a journal where I write pretty consistently and would love to find an outlet to merge both :) I do have a few questions, is it also available on a desktop? I would think the writing part would be easier with a keyboard? Also, are you thinking of this as a private type of platform or something more reminiscent of tumblr where others could see your content? thanks! and congrats on your product :D
Doug Lentz
@pamsny Thanks! Yes, that’s kind of what I was looking for and couldn’t find anything suitable, so I wrote this. A desktop version (MacOS) is coming (probably for version 2.0 in 2025). I use the app on an iPad with a keyboard, so, yes, it is easier (and I have coded in shortcut keys). An online component is an awesome idea that I hadn’t considered, that might really be competing with the “big boys” though (i.e, Meta, etc). I don’t think I am up for that challenge! Ha ha. Thanks for the response!

The concept of a dynamic timeline in 'Now and When' is fascinating! 🕒 Can users share specific milestones or chapters with friends or is it strictly personal?
Doug Lentz
@ekarp No sharing for now (I hadn’t considered it). It’s a possible feature that could easily be added, though. Thanks for the comment!
