I started Not Quite Unicorns to solve four main problems in working with web development agencies: 1. Too much bureaucracy - so much time is wasted negotiating project scopes, ongoing development, and tiny specifics. 2. Lack of flexibility - retainers have ugly minimum terms and offer little flexibility. Your development needs vary, so our plans should too. 3. Assessing quality of agencies (or freelancers) - if you make an RFP on a marketplace or forum, you get dozens of responses from all sorts of people and no evidence that they actually exist other than their username. 4. Still too expensive - low-code apps have no business costing $50k plus for an MVP. We're changing that. We build any app for $10K, all in. Then, if you need more, we offer flexible monthly subscriptions to continue developing your app on your own terms.

@esus Yes, we're taking a page out of DesignJoy's book! FlowTeam isn't launched yet, and develops mostly static web apps using Webflow - we use Bubble to develop dynamic web applications. Essentially, any website which requires more than a contact form or booking link is something we might be able to help with!
