NCS: NPS for your OKRs alternatives

We're all aware that generative AI has the potential to radically transform work in the long term, but in the short term, AI-enabled tools can enhance productivity for Customer Success teams today. Small productivity gains and improvements to customer experience add up to a big impact. Increased productivity isn't always about grand new systems. Sometimes (maybe often times), it's about doing repetitive work X% better with less effort. That's what this tool offers, IMO (wrapped in a fun design). Congrats to the whole Delighted team in designing a really clean, straightforward way to build a survey. My favorite feature so far is the built-in collaboration experience. I've previously built surveys where I had to start with a Google Doc to share the proposed questions with my team, and then copy-pasted the final questions into the survey tool. No more...I can now do this directly in Delighted and quickly share the survey design and results with my team!

Very powerful to figure out what your users think of your products. Ideally use as early as possible in the product-development lifecycle!
