I wait such service for long time. Only one time payment and get 4 weeks plan. But who stops you to use it couple months more? Just increase weights
Actually I like it. I answered few questions and paid 5usd (as in ad says) and I got my PDF with 4weeks plan. There is exercise for each day of week.
